So, it's been just over a month since the new year started and I have only kept 2 of my MANY New Year's Resolutions (see previous post). The only 2 I have kept is to take more pictures in 2010 and to ONLY drink caffeine on Fridays. I decided that I need to set some more goals, or retry some of my resolutions. The 90 Day Challenge (see previous post) will help me to keep one of my goals, and I also REALLY want to find a way to keep my house cleaner. Any suggestions??? Because that one is a killer. My friend Melanie posted on her blog that she stresses more about cleaning that she actually cleans. I realized that I am the exact same way! I need to figure out a way to get motivated and STAY motivated!!! Really though, does anyone have any suggestions to help me keep my goals??? Let me know!

The 90 Day Challenge
Last night as I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep I came up with what I call "The 90 Day Challenge." It's pretty simple. I am going to read the Book of Mormon in 90 days. My deadline is May 8th. I just decided that I could use a big spiritual boost right now and I couldn't think of a better way. And, it actually sounds like a reasonable challenge too; only 6 pages per day. Anyone want to join me???
Pro Wrestling and the WSU Wrestling Club
On Saturday at Weber State University, the NWA (a professional wrestling team out of SLC) came face to face with two of WSU's wrestling club, one of them being my husband! He even made the front page of Weber State's newspaper, the Signpost!
Ward Talent Show
Our ward had a talent show back in January! I was asked to be in a quartet singing "Swinging on a Star." That is a very fun song and we all had a great time getting to know each other during practices!
Being asked to sing in the talent show made me also step out of my shell and do a solo performance. I haven't done a solo in the past few years because..... I'm a chicken. But I finally gave in and did it! And it felt great! I sang "The Prima Donna Song." All the little girls were standing on their chairs trying to get a better look at the "girl in the princess dress." They still call me that on Sundays too. It's adorable!
